The BL series came out of the years collectors treat as Kawai's best, when the factory was still building the way it did before volume mattered.
This one is BL-31, finished in walnut rather than the usual black, with the model cast straight into the plate above the tuning pins.
It has been prepared and regulated in our atelier. Kawai has a rounder tone than the Japanese instrument most people expect, and this is a good example of it.
